The Flushwood Large Hybrid Fyre from Lopi is a large fireplace with an insert that features the exclusive clean burning Hybrid-Fyre technology. Hybrid-Fyre technology is a fusion of known wood combustion – stainless baffles, kiln fired firebrick and stainless steel secondary combustion air tubes, add to this catalytic assist technology.
In the firebox primary combustion burn occurs with secondary tubes re-burning gasses before they leave the firebox, making those gases pass through a catalytic combustor which leaves virtually no smoke to exit the fireplace. This results in a super clean burning insert of emissions as low as just 90 grams with hardwood. With this reduction in emissions, there is an almost zero carbon monoxide release.
Lopi has taken clean burning to a level of efficiency that just can’t be matched. What does this mean for you? More heat from less wood, and bigger savings on your heating costs. This insert will heat an area up to 300sqm, with a 12 hour burn time.
The large fireplace can accommodate a log up to 610mm long. This well engineered Large Hybrid-Fyre flush insert can fit into many fireplace openings and has been approved for both zero clearance and masonry fireplaces. It also features a bypass damper for smoke-free fire starting and reloading.
A large viewing area is available thanks to having one huge single cast iron door which gives the fireplace 319 square inches of glass. The glass stays clean from the unobstructed air wash.
