Description
The Gozney Dome (Gen 2) is a versatile outdoor pizza oven designed to take on much more than pizza. With over 40% more cooking space than the original Dome and enough room to cook two pizzas at once, it gives you plenty of capacity for family meals and entertaining.
Choose between wood, gas or charcoal to create different cooking styles and flavours, from smoky wood-fired pizza to slow-roasted dishes and meals cooked over charcoal. The generous cooking area makes the Dome well suited to everything from pizza and flatbreads to roasted meats, vegetables and other live-fire dishes.
The Dome (Gen 2) has been engineered for precise temperature control, with an integrated digital interface that provides real-time air and stone temperature readings. Two meat probes let you monitor separate cuts of meat at the same time, while the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit provides greater control when cooking with wood.
Despite its professional-level performance, the Dome (Gen 2) is designed to make live-fire cooking approachable at home. It arrives fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box, so you can spend less time setting up and more time cooking.
For pizza nights, family dinners and larger gatherings, the Gozney Dome (Gen 2) brings the flexibility of a multi-fuel outdoor oven to your backyard.
